aching all over

well adventure training was yest wasnt what i really what i expected. we were joined with another group. except for the few other games. nothing was really tat fun. i expected high elements ):

couldnt stand some or should i sat one person(not from my group definately). but other den tat everything was ok. only tat my arm is seriouslt aching from all the activity. there was one game called mohawk something. all of us were holding on to our mentor, classmates and of course the wooden pool for dear life =x haha.

can you believe it i cried like 3-4 time in the morning since i woke up at 11 plus.
i cried when i watch extreme makeover home edition cos of some touching scene. i cried when i watch a star planner also because if some touching scenes. i cried when i watch discovery channel. because of some pet show when pets goes into hospital. when of the story was a dog got hit by a truck and broke its backbone. it ended up having to put to sleep. the two owners who had it for 12 years were so devastated. both cried so badly. and the male was like "go to sleep" "i love you" awww. damm sad lar as i am writing tis i also want to cry. haha silly me.

oh ya i discover now tat i am no longer a tv addict. haha. like real. its just tat i dun watch drama tat much anymore. like those 7,9 o clock show on channel u and 8. i got tired of those. nowadays i prefer watching reality show. like the American next top model very realistic show. it portrays the horrible side who woman. who fight to go to the top and some horrible characteristic tat one can have. and its all because tat their family allows it.den theres amazing race tat i love to watch and survivor. and extreme makeover. etc. etc. oh ya i like to watch variety shows too like channel 5 sweets for my sweet. etc.

haha what am i writing bout??? i am just too tried to start thinkin. i should stop here for now before i blabber more nonsenses. ta!
